Would you believe it I got up and got DRESSED! And went on a lil' adventure today without wearing pjs! And would you believe that the adventure involved actual movement rather thn the lil adventures my over active imagination leads me to when I know I'm suppossed to be listening to some one.
I went on the bus for the first time in about a year. I was nervous at first but got over it. The other big thing was that I only took and used ONE crutch with me. I normally get around with both but today I was brave enough to try just the one. I had my pain clinic appointment, in which we concluded, yes I am in pain lol. There's not a lot they can do because of the tissue and nerve damage and they are reluctant to do some of the procedures available to me as they can make things a million times worse. She complimented me on what I had been doing and how I had been handling the pain. She said I was doing really well for someone of my age and I was really taking into account everything that I needed to and that I have it under control. So she's happy for me to return to uni too. YIPPEE!
So I rang the uni today, started sorting things for going back. Being put in the flat with the girls! :D YAY! We're gonna have such a laugh. Plus I am only around the corner from my boyfriend then! :D Awww I can't wait, though will have to get things sorted quickly.
I snuck into the house from my studio at midnight tonight and raided the fridge. Ahhh I have an obsession with hot milk before I go to bed and there were scones on the unit calling me, singing
my name and going; "eat me!"
Got a couple of commissions lined up to do. Got a book illustration painting to do of a demon creature thing. Have also been asked to do a logo and cd cover for a band. Plenty of stuff to keep my busy then :S No new art today I'm afraid, went to my old school's art exhibition though. I was invited from one of the younger students and I am a great fan of her work and so I went along. I wish I'd taken some photos because it really was amazing!

Ahhh! More hot milk needed, am Just watching A Very Long Engagement, tis a very very very good film. Audrey is such an amazing actress in these touching french films.
It is slightly gorey and is a war film but it's very touching. In fact I'm off to drink more hot milk and watch the end of it. Nighty night PJ wearers, Don't forget to feed your slippers :P
